Key Pad Gate Entry Listing
The Gate Entry System is maintained by Resource Property Management.
The system allows guests to call you on your home phone and you can
open the gate by pressing the number 9 on your Touch Tone phone. We
recently discovered that there is a glitch in the database that
maintains all of the residents' names. This issue is currently being
corrected by Resource Property Management.
Please
provide all requested information below so that your name and phone
number can be programmed into the directory. You must provide your home
telephone number so that persons visiting you can gain access through
the entry keypad, which connects to your home phone. When a guest
arrives they will scroll the directory for your name. A code will be
next to your name that needs to be punched into the keypad and will
ring your home phone. After you answer, press the number
ã9ä on your phone to open the gate. (Use your
cursor to place info in the correct form box.)
If
you need to have your name added or change your phone number, please
download and fill out the "Gate Programming Form" below. Clicking on
"Submit" will email the completed form to laubrey@resourcepropertymgmt.com
